thanks for the advice, i ended up taking bearings out as the brake side had seen better days so i repacked the other two and replaced that one . Now onto greasing swingarm and linkage :)

Thanks, i wasnt sure if you could get enough grease in from the outside ,but will give it a go . Do you clean them out with anything before you repack them?

Hi all, do i grease the wheel bearings or are they sealed ? I have looked at the tech article but do you need to take out to grease?

Hi all this is my first post so be gentle :D , Ive got a 06 fse 450 and ive got to do the 60 hr service so can someone tell me how i regrease the linkages and also what the valve clearances should be . Your help will be much appreciated

Hi im pretty sure the sight glass should be full at all times when the bike is level . You can always put a little bit more in as it just sits in the frame down tube .
