thanks yes, the brackets were unbolted and rotated back to necessitate one of the linkage bolts removal, they were tight to lever back, thanks for the reply, il look after work today. some general internet search is "have you slackened the engine mounts" il phone GG UK for a pointer, please...

nut losend, the pivot bolt should tap through the swing arm to realise swing arm from frame ? is this correct as i'm not getting movement when taping/striking with wood & hammer :confused:

i guess a motor cycle shop can pressure gauge test the master cylinder hydraulically.. I have fitted a new hose (which i didn't blow out with an air line :confused:) & new seal kits MC & calliper. i will retry popping in the pistons submerged, but this time with the bleed valve off then still...

brake fade is some thing to do with heat building up too much & glazing over the pad materiel, or boiling the brake fluid that may of absorbed H2o, then it expands as steam...
