Hmmmmn - i remember when KTM was threatening to buy GasGas in the 2010's era. The GG factory had a poster/banner with "No KTM" on it. If that were the era of your bike, maybe a disgruntled employee put something in the gear box. I think that this was after i visited this factory in 2007...

I can't tell how big those parts are - could they be power valve parts which dropped into the clutch cavity through the hole in the clutch cover? It's been 4 years since i owned my GG300, so i am going from memory here.

Hmmmmmm........if they REALLY have their electronics stuff together, it might be worth it. Really curious what they provide for rider support (including tuning tools, mapping, etc.). If not really comprehensive, not worth the trouble.

Have you tested the fan with a direct 12, adequately powered source? Is it a fan problem, sensor / switch problem, or wiring problem? There are considerable variables even with something as a cooling fan.
