I have just done both of mine. The outer swivel bearing can be bought separately for about 20 british pounds from splat shop, the needle roller was 6 bucks from a SKF bearing shop. Couldn't get the inner bush separate. I have replaced the needle roller with a brass bush, will see how that goes...

Hi All, I have read that the reiger racing shock spring is the same as a KYB, anyone has any parts crossover listings for the springs/weight in KYB? Looks like mine is a bit soft for my at 90kgs, but having trouble finding a reiger one. Cheers

What are all the details from the carb F5 sent you? I have a similar thing, when it's hot its fine, free revving all over. But if I do low down work on a tight trail and then hit a fire road it splutters for a gear or 2 then is fine.

Great video, think I'll just pop the inner, fill to 140 and put it back together. I see you went with 5W oil, how did that go? I try to ride more aggressive and am at 185lbs so thinking the 7.5 might still be better

Do you refill based on height or a volume on these forks? I haven't messed with forks much before. Got the Marzocchi manual, and the specs there but read a bit about going off the levels instead

Hi All, I am keen to do a fork oil change on my 48mm shivers, no leaks at the moment so just want to dump the old and in with the new. Has anyone of a guide or how to for a quick oil change? Cheers

Yeah got the needle bearings and seals all good but no the bushings. 2 were OK but 1 was badly rusted and pitted. Had to re use, will get some new ones ahead of time next time. Got some stuff from europe before, but they are showing no kits available. Hadn't looked into individual as its gets...
