They say that the suspension should track the same either lowered or std. If thats the case, does anybody else's front wheel scrub at std height?

Have just had my EC300 08 lowered by 55mm front and rear. Did a short ride and it seemed not to bad. On the weekend on did a long ride and found that i could not ride fast and had to slow for large bumps. It feels like there is no travel and front wheel scrubs on the pipe. Ride is much harder...

So how much rattle is too much? This is my first modern 2 stroke - at low to mid revs mine sounds like a chain slipping over a cog (not loud though) Is this the norm please?

My 08 EC300 also had slop - a washer was placed between the bearings - and no binding happening (told the guy that did it about #39 missing - he didn't notice, but thought it needed shimming, so did the above)

Am about to purchase a new 2008 EC300 I am 60kgs and about 159cm (5'3") tall Could i please have some advice on getting the seat height down and also what rate springs i would need for my weight. I will chop the seat also - as i mainly ride standing (trials rider and habbit from riding older bikes)
