It's tank foam, just like you find in racing fuel cells. It's there to provide additional baffling to give the fuel pickup a tranquil area to pull fuel from. If your not doing sick whips over log jams like Wally Palmer you probably don't need it. It will last for years but can be removed easily...

Several things. You will want to unscrew the brass cable guide out that came with the cap. Screw the threaded end of the motion-pro cable into the threads in the cap, all the way down until it is snug against the lock nut. Then you will want to file or sand the end of the cable nub so it will go...

The M-P 10-3000, is the longer +4'' cable. Many bikes have this cable and it fits/works well. Check to make sure the cable end is all the way up into the slide and routing is correct.

The stock GG cables normally work, but they've had some scatter through the years because of carb availability to them. We recommend the M-P slide light 10-3000. It's about 2" longer and makes for a little better fit.

Hope you're healing up Walt! We're all curious to hear how the SC is working for you, but more importantly that you're on the mend.

Aww! Walt sorry to hear that. What can be construed as quite a bit of adjustment though is still very very small. 20+ clicks is still less than one clip setting on a conventional metering rod. I personally like a little leaner setting on the idle, just to where you whack it open there is no...

I have the larger needles and seats, tip over valves now. I will provide you no charge. Plastic floats will not fit in billets unfortunately.

As soon as the pre-orders go out the door there will be roughly 75 cast 38s left of this run. We will continue to build 38s from here on out and will add 36s and 40s to this cast family size. We don't foresee any additional changes in the near future and have tried to get this carb to our finest...

Yep, our marketing team is overzealous and somewhat misinformed. Trying to clean this mess up today. Sorry for the delay Trev and hope to have you back soon.

We're developing a 36 and 38 mm that will be shorter end to end to accommodate the link bikes that have space restriction. Our target is to be equal to the PWK ASII in length and fitment for this category.
