But those ports left and right are open once the pv is fully openend. Shouldn?t they be closed then? Am I missunderstanding which ports are open or closed? I am generally speaking about the 2 little ports besides the exhaust port in the cylinder that you can see from the inside. :D

What is the right orientation of the Powervalve? When my valve is full trottle the ports left and right are also open. Is right? I?ve seen some people on this forum saying the Ports have to be closed. Here is a small video of how to looks now...

Has anyone ever tried to upgrade the old Pv System(2008-2014-) to the new mechanism (2015-2023)? I was wondering because I want to rebuild my 2014 and if it would be possible it would be a cool upgrade to have an adjustable power valve. :)

Ok so while my cylinder was away for plating I also sent him the head and he made it fit so everything is resolved now. Thanks everybody for your help :)

There is a dedicated earth wire by default coming from the battery to the e start mount on the cylinder. I already Upgraded to a li-ion battery from jmt.

I just washed it with a rag and some brake cleaner. Put a little bit of an oil coating everywhere and put it on.

W?ssner recommends 0.29mm for the tip ring and 0,36 for the bottom ring so it should be a safe Gap.

Like I said, I didn?t give it throttle at all. I just let it idle with some 1/4 throttle in between to warm it up. In the second picture I didn?t even ride the bike. It came just from the idle.

It?s just a bit tight. Freezing it might work but I don?t know If I would get it out again. Should just pop on like a normal head should shouldn?t it?

I got the one for 00-2017 Model. It also has the right coolant mount.

I got the one that fits 00-2017. I?m sure it is a 300 since the W?ssner kolben is for 300cc.
