eviljim You only need one brake light switch working it can be either front or rear just as long as one does work. I asked a couple of weeks ago when mine was at test.

I have a set of 45mm shivers for sale off a fse400 2003 also triple clamps for same bike. they are in good condition. I have stripped cleaned and rebuilt them just need oil and bleeding. I can put oil in if required. Any one interested please pm me i am in UK.

I think i have the base valve shim stack for 07 shivers off a ec250 if that will help

Just an update on this issue. I stripped the engine completely and replace all transmission bearings and mains etc (peace of mind) Measured up the clutch basket and it appeared out of shape and the area where it had been touching the casing was larger. So i had the basket outer edge machined...

Thanks roost In addition to this when revin the bike i have a vibration (which has always been there since i have owned the bike three months ish) I may remove the basket then bolt the cover back on and start the bike just to see if the vibration is still there or not. I figure if it is not...

Rebuilt my 250 Jan 09 (new main bearings and seals) The ring gap was bang on 0.7mm so i left it Still going strong now over a year later. i ride the bike every weekend.

On my 2007 ec 300 i have a set of black coated bars. I believe these are standard bars. Does anyone know what type of bars these are? I am looking to fit a set of hand guards to them but i dont know what fitting kit to get for them (7/8 - pro taper - fatbar or twin wall) anyone help?

Dont let it get you down, as i see it you either change your forks to the marzocchi s and get them to work how you want them to. Or stick with the sach forks and set them up to suit you. One thing i will say I spent loads of money changing forks ( i have had three sets on my 98, 50mm magnums...

I am in England, My opinion is the new rebound piston rings have made a definite improvement. If you have the same symptoms as i had ( lack of feel, bouncy, no difference on adjustments ) i would change the rebound piston rings. Please note that other factors could also cause this but untill...
