Graphic MX makes OEM replica and other graphics for older Gas Gas machines. http://www.graphicmx.com/ The ones I bought for my '03 were a perfect fit and nearly perfect match to the OEMs.

Phony. The biggest tell is that the site is not secure (not https: ). There is nada about their location or contact information. Read the Returns policy; English is not the writer's native language. Every item in every size and color is in stock by the thousands.

You may have heard about this trick for some extra capacity. http://www.dirtbikeworld.net/forum/archive/index.php/t-48321.html Extra reserve fuel can be had by removing the in tank fuel filter, extending/replacing the pick up tube and installing an external fuel filter.

From the gasgasrider.org main page select the Manuals, etc tab. There is a GasGas Wiring Diagram you can view. That diagram is for a 2003; the kill switch wire for that year comes out of the CDI as Black/Yellow.

The steering lock engages a notched cylinder of steel that slips over the steering stem. Removing the lower triple will give you access to, and allow removal of, the steel part. Good excuse to lube the steering head bearings too. Welcome to the world of Gas Gas.

NUUN and water. I also prefer roll top bladders over anything with a cap; easier to fill, much easier to clean and dry.

It's a shame they don't have a title or MSO, otherwise that bike would be easy to plate.
