Just wire fan from the battery .Ensure its fused on the positive wire and use a thermo.switch to activate .I removed the thermostat and replaced the radiator hose and fitted the thermo switch in the hose .I have a 2021 Rieju which is pretty well identical

The Mineral oil masters are MORE likely to corrode if moisture gets in as water doesn't mix with the mineral oil and pools in the master and causes corrosion. Brake fluid is hydroscopic and water tends to mix with the brake fluid .Its prudent to replace the clutch mineral oil every 6 months

Well,first you'll need to know the brand of your clutch master, then the size .Early gassers used AJP ,Braketech or whatever they had on the shelves ,you probably find the clutches use Mineral oil (usually denoted by a green cap on the master) the brakes are Nissin ....Honda ,Yamaha ,Kawasaki...

Replace the Nissan with a brembo .All you need is a brembo banjo bolt as it is a different pitch but still 10mm.Putting a MC with a smaller piston will give a softer more progressive pull .Personal choice though ,I found the Nissan way too abrupt
