What is the difference? Will one work with a battery whole the other doesn't? I have on 9n my 2011 ec250 and even when the internal battery died, when I would key-on, it would fire up and work as it should. Maybe this will help. Good luck

I had same issues with one of my rebound adjusters. So I removed that cap to inspect it. Well turns out that the screw head snapped off from the threaded adjustment part, (all self contained in the cap) So start looking for a new fork tube cap.

Yup well reading into that mod with the ch80 spring swap got me thinking about other options and that was my original plan, until I pulled the cover to discover there was no bendix at all. Lol
