I'm getting the same, no click at the starter relay.
I have replaced the start button, relay, fuses & still no joy. It will sometimes work when I disconnect the low amp wires from the relay & reconnect but will usually stop working in less than an hour.
This leads me to think its a problem...
Over the last couple of weeks:
- Put on AS3 kickstart lever to replace OEM that was getting dangerous as it had worn that badly that the lever was sloping down when trying to kick it. New lever works great, more confident now to kick it over with sandals on when working on it in shed.:)

Here's a new one for electrically minded Gasser riders out there.
So I have upgraded my starter system by doing the wet mod & installing larger cables including a dedicated earth cable however I am still having intermittent start issues where the starter works & then goes totally lifeless.

No worries. I have the AXP bash plate with linkage guard as well & its OK apart from draining oil. ( I now drain oil by loosening the clutch cover, but you can't check/clean the magnetic sump plug this way).

Realigned my front rim by spoke adjustment to centralise it in the forks to avoid my new fatty front tyre from badly hitting the LH fork protector.
Then had equal rubbing on both sides.
Drilled out front mounting holes of both fork protectors by another 0.5mm, realigned protectors, now...
362 Hrs - That's wild Nocams!
How many top-ends have you done so far. Same cylinder? C piston yet?
I only 110 hrs on the Gasser, but sharing my ride hours with the 350.
Good on ya Nate! I'm about to soften the stacks on both my forks and shock as i have the compression clickers a fair way out.
For my 92kg race weight I'm currently running 0.46 and 0.42 springs with 2.5 wt oil up front with a 5.6 shock spring. Rebound seems to be ok.
Yeah, I'll keep an eye on it at next top end and see if it's worn any more. I'm thinking it might have that much clearance when the factory assembles the crank
