Hallo, rebuilt it now. No marks on flyweel. Had to mark it by myself by using a special indicator at piston on top. Reduced the compression ratio to provide blown head gasget. Torque head bolt 5 mkp and valve clearence 15/20.

on my FSE 515, the head gasket has blown out. Will repair it and removed first the upper head cover. I wanted to find out the marks for adjusting the camshaft operating. Found the marks on the camshaft-sprokets but not on the flyweel. Didn?t find a manual in www to answer following...
I?m riding a 515 and have no problems with it. Only a few dealers here in Germany, but all of them do a good job. I changed the suspension springs, according to my weight, put on a Clark tank and most importand, a Recluse Core EXP.

Put on my Rekluse today. Great success, no more stalling, fast cornering, full concentrating on riding in up- and downhills not concentrating on handling the clutch. I?m happy. Ingredible starts in 3.gear with following wheelies, great, great. Greetings from Germany Thomas
Sorry, I?m wrong. Thought, I must have a Rekluse Z Start Pro but Core EXP will fit. So I need not change the basket only the inner parts. My dealer will order it.

Hallo, don?t think so. 2 stroke and 4 stroke must be different because of the extra gear (oil-pump-drive). Hope the older 450 Clutch would fit but the part-number of the clutch assembly is different.

Hallo from Germany, have the same problem on my 515. Engine stops often because of the extreme high compression-ratio and the light flyweel. Modell 2008 with Kokusan. Don?t want to use always the clutch in singletrails or strong up-/downhills. There is no other flywheel offered. Guy here in...
