    If it has seized once, any further running will cause the engine to self destruct in much more expensive ways. Tear it down and do it right :)

    A paper thin gap is nothing to lose sleep over. :confused: The down stroke is more than enough to shut the reeds with a positive seal.

    I thought I was toasting regulators for some time now.. Maybe they're just overpriced junk electronics.

    Engine at idle, the yellow or white should be both putting out in excess of 14+ volts without the regulator hooked up. Is your meter set to AC? Even with the reg in the loop, use the AC setting. You should only use the yellow or white, but not both.

    You blew every last bit of fluid out of the system so I'd first try loosening the banjo bolt at the slave and see if you can't get the master to push fluid out, then tighten that and try bleeding as normal. Or loosen both ends of the hose and pour fluid in, and trap as much as you can. It'll be...
