Did you use a thinner base gasket when you did your top end? I pit the thinnest base gasket available in mine to boost low end grunt, but noticed a slight occasional detonation when letting of the throttle.

I used a syringe and pushed fluid up from the bleeder to the master. Worked very well.

I have heard the magura slave cylinder seals are prone to fail. Happens on new husky s too. From what I understand the replacement seal kit from a brembo (ktm) unit will work and is better quality.

Use a spark tester and leave the plug in the cylinder while cranking. If you take the plug out to check spark there will be no compression and it will spin very quickly possibly giving you a false reading.

Which softer ics springs did you use? I'm very happy with the suspension overall but it could soak up the rocks and roots a bit better.

I was wondering if anyone has any info on adjusting the ignition timing on an 18 ec/xc 250? Looking at the flywheel it doesn't seem to have a typical stator plate.

Could it be the power valve linkage retaining clip? The one that holds the socket on the actuator arm to the valve pin?

Hey guys, does anyone know which yamaha kyb shock is a direct crossover to the 18-19 gassers? My shock shaft seal is leaking and I would like to have as much info on available parts and rebuild procedures. There is a lot more info available on yamaha it seems.

Looking for advice on a good graphics company prefstably in the U.S. ? I've seen decallab on eBay and I like their kit but I don't know anything about them. I think they are located in Europe.

Anyone come up with a fix for the rear brake line that rubs on the engine case? Mines worn flat and im sure it will rub through the line at some point.

Does anyone have the link to the new hard parts catalog? I cant seem to find it.
