I don't see any crosshatch in the cylinder, was it honed to correct size after plating? Piston skirt ribs are also worn off was the piston clearance checked?

I've had great luck with the WPS battery.
It's been in the bike for 3 yr, never charged it and the bike sits a lot.
Never used the kick start since I put it in.
My sherco pedal has caused nothing but grief, alternatives are slim.
If it's the inboard pedal I'll buy it. Think it might work out with some fab work.

You will need the flywheel retaining nut from the e-start model, and there are shims to adjust ignition sprocket placement.
I sold a new take off e-start for $400
