Alright...I drained the oil, which had a few streaks of grey in it(like it's had water in it). I then pulled the clutch cover and adjusted the lever so it was all the way out( action right from the first movement). When I pull the lever, the outside plate moves right at 3/64". Nothing else...

Alright..now I want to replace my spokes and such and true up my existing wheels. Mine are Excels. I don't know if these come stock on the bike or not. It's an '01EC200. 21"X 1.60" front 18" X 2.15" rear. Can I order any brand spoke kit or do they have to be Excels also? Also, if these are OEM...

Which Buch. spoke kit did you use? I'm trying to get spokes and nipples for both front and rear and can't figure out which kits to order. My rims are Excels if that makes any dif.?

Can anyone give me some tips for changing front wheel bearings? I wanted to get some info on getting the bearings out. I can't seem to figure out how to get the clutch side spacer off or get either of the bearings to budge. Figure I'll need to heat the hub but I still don't know how it all comes...
