    2006 EC200 ReHab

That would of been a miracle. Once I had the front end, engine, and subframe removed. I laid it on it's side on the lift and Kroiled the bejesus out of both sides. Some love with a piece of brass and hammer, and out she slide, after about a week of soaking.

    2006 EC200 ReHab

Picked this little neglected thing up about a year ago. She was ridden hard, and put away dirty, a lot. There was not a good bearing left, the shock was leaking, the forks were cashed, drive train was shot, power valve probably had not been cleaned in years, front wheel was not just bent, but...

Air box wash cover for 2006 EC????

Found one online that was supposed to fit, but it is not even close. Anyone have any recommendations for an air box was cover that actually fits my bike? 2006 EC 200? I ride a lot of mud and wet stuff and like to do a thorough cleaning after every ride. Thanks! Ken

    2006 EC 200 Lights

Anybody know if the 2006 EC200 lighting system is AC or DC? Searches seem to indicate that stator is low watt AC system, but have not been able to find a definitive answer. Thanks Ken

Getting Title or MSO from Gas Gas

Thanks Matt. This is what I was looking for. I know how to do the deal with VT, which is relatively easy. Have never attempted the abandoned title in VA. Done the prerequisite title searches, bike is definitely not stolen, and has never been titled in the states. Thanks Ken

Getting Title or MSO from Gas Gas

PO did not have any paperwork when I bought my 06 EC200. Looks like it originally came with all the bits to be street legal. Anybody had any success getting a title or MSO from Gas Gas? Thanks, Ken

    2002 gas gas ec 200

Just put a Wossner "B" piston kit in with a Wiseco roller bearing. Was definitely due and is running like a champ. Pulls strong everywhere.

    2015 ec200 front master cylinder

Any Nissin M/C should work. Honda and others use them.

    EC250 sump plug

Seals just as well and you do not have to tighten it as much to seal. KTM RFS bikes use the same socket (allen) head on the bottom of the motor. I swapped to hex head and use o-rings where crush washers were originally used. Have never had any issues.

2006 EC 200 Cylinder head Issue???

Been talking to MX Center and they claim the same, that it is for the 200. Just going to return it and try one of the 14mm spark plug guard-cert repairs. Thanks to all for the input. Ken

2006 EC 200 Cylinder head Issue???

Just using my Calipers and not my outside mic set, lip measures 62.37. Cylinder is marked B and piston measured 62.47, and the piston is marked 848M06250, which is a 62.5mm Wiseco piston.

2006 EC 200 Cylinder head Issue???

Thought about that. I am guessing you can get a threadsert or guardsert that would work. Sent pics of the difference in size to MX Center. Anybody has a 200 head laying around to get some dimensions? Diameter and bolthole to bolthole?

    EC250 sump plug

Should be an M12 X 1.5. Just make sure you get the correct length. If you go magnetic make sure there is internal clearance. If you have not gone from a crush washer to an o-ring, you should...
