I have a bunch of odds and ends from a 09' 200. I do believe I have OEM Bar Mounts....from a 09'. I do not know if compatible. Couple sets of bars as well

If the post before me does not locate one: I believe I have one or two from a 09' and a 10' J

Sub Mount Steering Stabilizer will move your bars up :)

Maybe the previous owner did what I did to my 300: Put a thinner base gasket to move the powerband down low. After I did this I had nearly zero top-end hit. LOTS of grunt, but almost no hit, a very linear increase from mid-high. Good luck
