Been thinking about getting mine back up and running. After 5000 dirt miles just about everything needs to be rebuilt but I have just been too busy adventure riding the western USA.
Most my riding buddies are now close to 60 and over and are done dirt riding.
Oh yea, we did talk. You did not have your bike out yet. I got a 4th on Saturday and a 14th on Sunday. Came in 1 min early on one check and 7 min behind on the second section that had the 24 mph average.
Still got the Rekluse and LHRB; would not leave home without it. Glad I had a early minute...
Check your voltage going to your headlight. Not sure what year your bike is but if it is regulated down to some where around 12 volts AC or DC you are good. On my 07 I have a unregulated yellow wire also that was putting out 45 volts. I bought a Moose voltage reulator and tamed it down to work...

As for blocking off the slave; I just used an old banjo fitting I had laying around and pinched off the end to seal it up and bolted it on. Then I opened up the clutch and...
I have ridden mine for 6 years and 3000 mi. now with no clutch lever and have not missed it. With the torque of the 300 you don't need it to pop the front wheel up. If you want to keep the rear brake pedal you need that sleeve that drops inside the rear master cylinder that come in the LHRB...
I got about 5 years and 2300mi on my tire balls. Yes they make it a PITA to change a tire out but you NEVER have to worry about a flat. I have 25 of them with 2psi stuffed into a trials tire which is about the same a 10psi. I did replace 4 of the balls this last spring when I put a new tire on...
I hope this is not the new norm for Rekluse. I have the older system that I purchased in 07' and back then they had a sleeve that slid down inside the rear MC that sealed with an O-ring. If the o-ring is not in place then you would have a problem. I will say that Rekluse does RAPE the consumer...
