    Can you measure the piston on the crank that has the splined end on the primary gear side. My gut is telling me it's either from a 125 or a 200. If it's for a 200 id be interested in it.

    for some time i had been able to access this www.gasgas.com.ec_shopmanual/06.pdf It was basically a service manual depicting a complete teardown of the gasgas engine. Now it seems all i can find are the user manuals for the bike. Anyone know where i can get the above mentioned or have a file...

    Mysterious hoses in my ec300 -00

    I'm pretty sure those are just drains for the power valves. I'm not sure why the one is routed up and over the radiator on my bike they are directed down in order to properly drain. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    has any one seen a crank from a 2001 xc200 with a primary gear held on by a snap ring? i pulled my crank out recently for a rebuild and was expecting a bolt to be there. according to the microfiche 200's have a bolt while the 250's and 300's have a nut.

    clutch ummm.

    I'm using dot 4 hydraulic and amsoil 10-40 gear oil. I just measured my clutch springs and they were about 1.5mm out of spec(too short). have new ones on order, hopefully that's my problem.
