Thanks, I tried that yesterday but they only appear to do a 06-07 450 Racing wiring loom.

With the recent engine build I done I rechecked the valve clearances, I would say they are in spec but on the tighter side so think these should be ok, I reckon a few miles on them they will settle in nicely. Timing marks are all good. Interesting about the timing chain as I did not replace...

update: I now have another good DRZ exhaust cam, will fit this tomorrow and update results if the starting issue is resolved

Did they make a noticeable difference to torque/top end

Mines a love hate affair with my 2002 Gas Gas 400 FSE but I have owned it from new hence why I put up with it. My honest advice is No, don't buy it. I myself are saving up for a new Yamaha WR450 F but I'll still probably keep the Gas Gas and keep my supermoto wheels on it for some local fun.

Earth cable location from ecu on 2003 400fse, where do they go!!! Can someone with the same bike please tell me where the two earth cables from the ECU connect to. They have small ring connectors on the end of them.

I bought the DRZ gasket kit for my Gas Gas 400 FSE and it all fitted. The head gasket does look different but it still fits and seals. An extra bit sticks out that is something extra the DRZ has but like I said I have had mine running and no leaks or issues. Hope this helps.
