My 2018 XC300 just had the ignition side/ left side main bearing fail. It scored up the bearing race pretty good and am now thinking i need to get a new left side case. Did you guys have any damage to the case after the bearing failed? Also looking for a used 2018 xc300 left side case now.

I threw a left side main bearing in my 2018 GasGas XC300. The bearing scored the inside of the case pretty bad. I'm looking to buy a left side case or for any advise. I've been to a machine shop that said welding and cutting a new bearing race is very difficult due to the exact tolerance...

I?m in the US. Tucson, AZ. I?m a TRSofAZ member too. If I can?t fix the magnet, I?ll definitely check out that $300 one from CPD. I was quoted $560 from the local MotoCenter.

I recently had a left side crank bearing go out on my 2018 XC300. This caused a piece of the magnet to break off my flywheel. I?m looking to do a complete top and bottom end job but wondering if it?s possible to just replace the magnet that broke on the flywheel instead of the entire flywheel...
