Thanks for the replies. Float needle seat has worn out. The slide is also in a bad way. Have since fitted a lectron and all issues are fixed. Recommend the lectron highly Sent from my Land Rover Explore using Tapatalk

Sorry forgot to put in there. Carb has had complete rebuild including jet block o ring and the float needle.
