Just out of interest, how did you damage yours? I think mine has been damaged by my fork protectors. If anyone has a spare, I'll take one after baker.

Or just attach a syringe to a tube and inject the fluid into the bleed nipple. Watch all the tiny bubbles foam up into the reservoir, when they stop bubbling up you're done. It helps to have another syringe to such some fluid out of the reservoir as it fills up. Takes 5 mins.

Are the forks the same on a 2005 EC300 and an 2006 EC250? My 2006 has 45mm Marzocchi Shivers but the right leg has some damage. I've seen some 2005 forks for sale from an EC300 and wondered if they are exactly the same? Cheers

My clutch stopped working properly - pulling the lever in didn't disengage the clutch. Now I pulled the cover off down by the front sprocket and had a look at the clutch piston and pulling the clutch lever moved it by 2mm at most. I'm assuming that this isn't enough to operate the clutch...
