Just finished rebuilding my 99 ec200 took in field for quick run everything fine pressure washed bike off and put away,today noticed all the water had gone so poured some into rads and it all came out about an inch of the gasket is missing just next to the side of the exhaust.Think i did this...

I have put kx white fenders and side panels on my 99 ec200 with blue shrouds put some simple gaggas stickers on looks real good all kx bits fitted well and are of good quality will get some pics up soon all the hassle of finding gg plastic(uk) with i had done it sooner.

Been thinking about buying some for a while hear so many horror stories with peoples backs and things can anybody recommend anything that doesnt make me look like robocop!!

Dont think they would have fitted tank to tall,gonna get some new 99 plastics with better updated graphics tried american sites but shipping is a fortune anybody know any places in uk for aftermarket gear?

It seems my bike mat be earlier than a 2000 my radiator shrouds have 2 mounting holes on the fuel tank 4/5 inches apart the 2000 seem to be different:confused: the airbox is different need to swop a few things around is there engine numbers to check for dates?

I have just bought a whole air box unit on ebay hope it will fit the bike therefore will be able to fit newer side panels only problem is its from a fse 400 but looks similar!!

Had the bike running today needs a bit of tuning anyone give me stock settings for the carb,one problem though can only get first and second gear had all gears when apart with mole grips the gearlever has no springiness in it so guess i have put something in wrong!

Many thanks i have used a 7.5wt oil,they just felt strange one felt very stiff the other loose!!Need to set the bike up it has been sat in a barn for 2 years finished doing the engine just need to fit a kill switch and get some plastics will the later radiator shrouds fit?

Yes have conventional not upside down.

I have a 2000 ec 200 my front forks have the blue adjusters on top no adjusters on the bottom,just had seals and oil replaced but one has much more spring in it than the other,heard something about one doing rebound one doing compression is this right what is the easiest way to set these...
