All the bikes have some issues . In my garage I have a 2011 250 Cervantes and a 2013 Ktm 200 xcw. Both needed suspension work , but then all bikes can benefit from that . Components are similar , Ktm has a nicer chain guide , but both benefit from the aftermarket there too. Gasser air filter...

I'd jump on it, great bike, great deal and even greater seller. Dave Fair is the the reason gasgas is the bike to own on vancouver island:)

Lug offset change ? Thought I was well versed but have not heard this term. But yes varied handling , obviously pulling the wheel ahead is going to make it more stable at the cost of lower speed sharpness
