What I have always done is coat them with a little di-electric silicone grease. It'll make them stick in place and it won't hurt the o-ring.

It's either a 38mm PWK or 38mm PWK-AS for "Air Striker" version. Not sure which year they started using the AS model. The AS has two vertical vanes on the lower intake side. The 39mm will give you more top-end power if that's what you want but the RB mod will be better for an overall spread in...
