Im trying, tried 2 nz dealer and 2 australia dealers, just got one reply from nz saying they had no idea what i was talking about. Just fired same email to about 6 more dealers, see what the response is.

Ill give it ago but as i say ive put a car battery direct to the starter to see how it goes and its just like it has no torque ,maybe its my jump leads but im grasping at straws now. Stripped it all down to inspect and its not a bad design upgrade over the ktm effort but cant see anything...

Ok so just tried a 770 cca car battery direct to the starter, just winds over like a flat battery. Just to top it off my Kickstart lever is buggered, just folds back on itself now

Generally LED indicators need a solid state type relay, one that dosnt go click click. They are super cheap now, can get one for a few bucks, should sort out your issues

I bought a whole kit from a guy on here, had the plastic battery box, i just used some heavy duty cable ties to tie it to the frame under the seat in the airbox, lots of room, i attached it to the rear of the subframe so you could swing it up and out of the way if needed too. Worked a charm

Contacted my dealer here in New Zealand, 2 actually and neither has heard of any tech bulletins about anything :(
