Hy i have an gas gas fse 450 2004 and my valve broke...i repaired new piston new valve and evrything..the timing is good..but i have a problem with spark timing its getting a bit earlier the spark and is backfire.s a lot..and the left side where the alternator is its moved...where is the teeth.s...

If someone want.s to upgrade from 400cc to 450cc..you can buy an used or new cylinder and piston for a 450 it s working fine with the 400 crancase and the cylinder head.."plug and play"

When the bike is cold unscreew the radiator cap and put you finger so you seal good with your finger..if you feel presure or hissing sound whe you stuck out you finger then is head gasket problem.

Do you have a fan?doaes not start? Chech the radiators if its clogged or something..
