over the years and the last few bikes, i have tried all sorts of different oils and atf... some are better for the chirpy clutch, most dont make much difference. i pretty much use whatever reasonable quality oil is on sale at the time, and have never had clutch or gearbox issues... i like...

sorry i just saw this, i gave away a whole loom just the other day, and im in TSV, could have got it to ya, sorry..... hope you get it going should be up that way again soon. the little box is a regulator of sorts i think, but its for the horn, that im sure, (gray and yellow wires from memory)...

i like that solution, i have an old bash plate somewhere.... off to the shed i go. just nothing but rocks here where we ride, need all the armour i can get.... thanks for the help guys

hi just got my 15, thinking of a linkage guard, as it looks a lot lower than my old 09.... whats good? do they work ok? anyone got any ideas how to get one in australia/to australia? cheers... (p.s. Jakobi, do you run one? you probably dont need it up in the loam where you are... lol)

throw that bloody n1xx needle away, will only cause trouble. i have a 09 and had a 250 and 300. im at sea level and love the n3XXneedles, pilots are around 38, with 178-180 mains, the older carbies tend to need a slightly richer setting.

fuel line is 6mm, not 6.5 as i wrongly guessed and brought a lot of....:mad:

1.4 bar seems low to me, i've always used 1.8 and rarely have a boil over, if i do, first thing i check is the radiator cap, i've at least 3 go on me now over a couple of bikes. ...

i brought a heap off e bay once, life time supply for something like 5 bucks....

so im looking at upgrading bikes from old 09 GG which i love.. i have a 250 and a 300.... ive found , what i think is a reasonably priced (for australia) 15 GG 300E with 6 hrs but a lot of hard parts.... i also have access to a 15, 250 with about 35 hrs but its stock and a bit cheaper.... some...

god damn, i cant belive the prices over there in the US... now if i could fill a container.... hmmm. :p
