I guess it depends a bit on kinda of gear oil used.

because mine looks like doesn't , when I stall and start right away it will start but when I park in gear for few minutes or longer it will not start.

just curious, because I about to get my 2 stroke and no t sure if should I register it and pay insurance etc. I intend to use it 100% off-road but some enduro events possible and that can be a problem as some require plates, right

I went with sherco although I had very good deal on gasgas ec300 but resell value can be very poor.
