    Ok, I finally got my bendix and drive gear laser welded. I had a local guy do it and he did an excellent job. Everything went back together ok.     Ok, I began to sort this starter, it will turn over fast but the one gear spins on the shaft and the bendix has the same problem because they are pressed onto the shaft.
