Anyone know where I can get a replacement spring for the trusty power valve adjuster...or who I might contact. I tried Trialenduro direct They can't get replacement parts..."strange" Thanks!

    2006 EC250 motocross use help....

Raising the oil level is your best cheap attempt to cure or at least limit some of the bottoming issues. Start by adding 5cc in each leg and take a test lap, continue untill you feel a good mix between bottom resistance and plushness. But do keep in mind not to exceed recomended max oil volume...

    Spring Rate............Confusion!!

One thing you should know the sachs and marz already have a rebound circuit that is too light for the stock springs. Heavier springs could have some ill effects and could actually make the fork action worse. Just FYI.

    2011 Side Stand Spring Failure

Fair enough, but stands to reason why MX bikes don't have kick stands. I ride and race in some pretty tight nasty stuff, I have seen springs sheered off in a tight trail...that's the last place I want a side stand dangling from my bike...nor do I want to mess with it during a race. Imagine a...

    Interesting read!

What a freak, sad thing is wacko's like this guy are actually a larg part of the reason public riding areas are shrinking at an alarming rate. If this guy had his way we'd all be living under a rock. I always thought that the AMA and every other offroad organization should spear head a land...

    2011 Side Stand Spring Failure

I removed the stand alltogether, a stand failure at the wrong time can send you to the ground. I try to eliminate what every I think might be a problem prior to a race.

    Preventing cramps.

I ocassional deal with cramping, I just did a 200 mile race without any cramping. I pre-race hydrate 2-3 days before the race, just chugging lots of water throught the day. Second, I take magnesium and potassium pills starting at least a week prior to the race...one each in the morning and same...

Thanks, I raced the "B" masters class and won 1st place in class....and first overall in the entire "B" class. I had the lowest score out of all "A" class and "B" class riders. So, got moved to "A" class. Great to smoke all those new KTM's with my 08 GG

    tubliss and did u rims..

Ya that's the one...I don't run the nut on either the front or the rear tire and I use a rear trials tire. Because it gets so nasty here (weather wise) I'm usually at 3-4 psi on the rear. I just finished the Manua Kea 200 race, with no issues and have had no issues since I purchased the Tubliss...

    tubliss and did u rims..

Did you remove the nut from the high pressure tube...I couldn't get a good seal around the inner tube valve stem until I removed the nut...I use a tire sealant as well...no issues for the past year.

    Sachs Shock

It's a good shock, but as said it needs to be revalved...at 190lbs I had to respring front and rear as well. It took a few trys to get the shock to work how I wanted but finally got it figured out. If you can't do it yourself send the suspension out...it's the best money you'll ever spend on...

    Marzocchi 48mm CC Forks

Auto dump just like the showas. Would it be right to assume it would be important to set the PFP at full out when bleeding the cart to assure that all the excess oil is removed.
