I just had a long single track test session today. Works so much better and uses about 25% less fuel with no drool out the pipe. I may be a little lean actually it looks like based on the complete lack of drool after 3 hours of riding.

It's always fun to learn a new tuning skill! I guess we could switch top ends from my xc250 and that should be about right then. ;)

Been a long time coming, but I finally took the side cover off and found the problem. The pin that the power valve adjuster screw pushes against was only 1/2 way in the shaft. The case must have held it from coming out completely. Now it runs like it should.

I've bought and sold lots of stuff off Marketplace with very little issue. Of course all my dealing has been face to face.

It seems like not much. I have a 2018 xc250 in great shape and right at 50 hours with lots of upgrades and no offers asking $5,000. I guess I will ride it for a while longer and get my money out of it that t.

This is FAR MORE than a minor irritation! My 2018 GasGas has become worthless and I hope he is right about parts support, but I will believe it when I see it.

I did verify that. It closes fully at idle and opens fully when reved up. Good idea, though.
