I ended up buying the IMS 3.4 gallon tank for my 2005 EC300. IMS only shows their tank fitting through a 2004 model, but I can CONFIRM that it does fit the 2005 bikes. This info may help someone else someday.

I need a larger tank for Baja dual sport trips on my old 2005 GasGas EC300 and before I buy a new one (from IMS or Clarke), anyone have an aftermarket 3.2 gal or larger tank (with no leaks) laying around they'd sell me? Thanks all

Thanks! Ignoring the $100 difference for 0.2 gallon more with an IMS, does this mean YES the IMS will fit since the Clarke tank fits 2004-2006 models without doing any mods?

I have a 2005 GasGas EC300 I use twice a year to ride in Baja with buds. I need more fuel range. IMS makes a 3.4 gallon tank for a 2004 model, but nothing for a 2005 model. I checked with IMS to verify fitment but they don't know. Anyone know if this will fit my 2005...

I appreciate that but don't bother (for me), I just went ahead and bought a new clutch plate set from Hall's for $200 just to be safe. Thanks again.

Was ready to spend $800+ to update my old (but so good!) GasGas using this kit RESTYLING / MODIFICATION KIT GASGAS (1997-2006) (enduropuro.it) but they won't ship to USA anymore. Any other sources for a full retrofit/upgrade kit for this bike? Or must I piece it all together? Thanks
