No the key to start the bike

Someone told me that my FSE 450 uses a yamaha motor is that true?

I have a 2004 FSE 450 EC Fuel Injected. I lost the keys this weekend. Any ideas on how to best replace them? Lock smith said $100 - $150 unless I had the key code it would be $25. Is there a trick to getting the key code. Thanks

I had this same problem and it ended up being a direct short in my ECU. It would blow the 3 amp fuse under the seat. After 750 dollars later and 3 months it is now working.
