the easiest way to get the inner race off the crank is with a clam shell style bearing puller , it gets behind the race and pulls it right off.

try rebudiling the clutch slave cylinder, maybe the seal is bad and the fluid is bypassing it

i have a complete lowerend for a wild 300 quad, it needs a crank rebuild but the trans shifts fine and the clutch assy is good it also has a magneisum stator cover and i believe it has a higher output lighting coil you can have the complete lowerend, all the electrics and the hydraulic clutch...

a 2001 cr250 cable fit perfect on mine, dont know about the length though

my powervalve was notchy feeling when i opened it by hand because the bearings had carbon build up on them , i replaced all the bearings with sealed ones and after a season of riding it still opens smooth as silk.

no shift lever for a japanese make will work, the screw that holds the shifter on the shift shaft is to close to the shaft on the gasgas, and you wont be able to get a bolt through it

i need to know what the main bearing part numbers are for a 04 ec300 so i can get them from my bearing supplier, im trying to gather all my parts up before i tear it down. thanks Dave
