Hi just letting everyone know that if you have a ton of play / movement in your rear pedal these are the items you will need to re build it. 2 x internal circlips 19mm diam / un sprung 20.5mm 2 x 6982Z bearings 8x19x6mm 2 x 15x21x2 seals

Hi people A while back after seeking advice I went a spring rate lower front and rear ,my first question is would baseline settings act the same with new springs? I have recently had the forks serviced and the suspension guy said the valving is fine in them and he sees no benefit in a re valve...

I'm in the middle of giving my 12 racing linkage a good refresh and I have washers which are not in any exploded diagrams , does anyone know where they go? Ps they are not the big ones that go over the seals. I will attach pic , also they are odd sizes and there's only 3! Thanks

Does anyone know where I can get shock bearings for my EC 300r (OHLINS), I can't find anyone who knows the size or the or where I can get them from , I presume it's a spherical hidden behind spacers? , i have play in upper and lower bearing. I have attached image of what I need. Thank you

Noise Ok thanks for the advice , I'll look into chain guide as the first point as the bike had fallen off the stand the other night whist I had both wheels were off and I was removing tyres and I know the guide took a hit when it landed .

Noise No I just noticed it yesterday on roads inbetween trails as there was no wind at all and so I could here it clearly. Thanks

Hi I have a tapping / ticking noise coming from bike when I ride it , it seems to speed up with revs but not so fast it's a buzz just maybe once a second . It doesn't make noise when on stand but only whilst in gear and riding , I had new piston / rings done only 6 hrs ago by my Gasser dealer...

Hi again After cleaning my bike yesterday I noticed that I could see the PFP Adjustment on the left fork leg had backed itself out to a point where the o ring was showing , I had adjusted these a while back to 2 turns out from in and when I've just checked them they were both pretty much backed...

Hi Again thanks for the previous info , after speaking with nearest suspension guy who is supplying me with bits we have decided to drop a spring rate less (to the ones that match my 70kg naked weight). Will i need to alter the pre load clips at all for the new fork springs and also what sort...
