So I noticed yesterday that my radiator had bent quite badly and I noticed a leak from the top of that. Took it off and straightened it up and now there are no leaks anywhere. It must have been coming down the rad onto the front of the engine somewhere. I will keep an eye on it. Going to go out...
So how would the coolant be getting down the cylinder that far? I thought it went into the head and acted as a water jacket. Where does it go down to the join at the bottom of the cylinder?

I've tried all these things to no avail. Orderd a OEM clutch kit last night. I'm pretty sure it's the friction plates swelling.
My thoughts are if the plates swell under heat it compresses the springs and leaves a bit of slack in the actuator rod which the hydraulic system can't take up quick...

I thought that so I took the top cap off. Removed the slave cylinder from the bike. Pushed the piston out and back in a few times. And no air rose to the top. I will try a full bleed tho

Hi all. Looking at doing this conversion. From what I have read there are different ways of doing it. I've got a 15 ec250. What's the easiest way of doing it? Also does that stack height actually make that much difference. As I would have thought the slave cylinder would take the slack up?
