Great info! could you give me the inside diameter, outside diameter, and thickness of the shim you used? Im experiencing the same troubles. After fixing up my bendix I started wearing my gears as well.

Bahaha! Thats a great idea! I was trying to be practical and cap of what was left of mine and mount it on the other side as a small tool container. That's what a backpack is for! Beer me!

I put a big bang mark in my can so I cut the bad out. I wasn't very happy with it before so I wasn't too scared to chop it up/almost in half.
I did it as a bit of a joke but I have been happy with it. Still quieter than a normal 2 stroke mx bike and much less drool.
I've used these guys for a set of graphics for my Husaberg. They're really good to deal with and have a great selection of Gasgas stuff too.
My graphics for the berg were around $150-180 after shipping and were high quality. I will use them again for sure.
