I use the BR8EG cause my manual (EC 250 2009 ) recoments only that one but now i would try the BR8ES . Question does anybody use mapgas to clean their BR8EG ? I saw youtube video of Allen Milyard doing it but on standard plugs .

I just finished assembling the bike ( i also changed sprockets , chain , rollers etc ) and now it doesn't make any noise when i lift the rear wheel and let it drop down , and with the bike on stand i move the swingarm and it doesn't sound like before so i guess it's good now though i didn't ride...

Thanks for replying , bolt doesnt show any wear at all but i will replace it , i just dont want any play in my suspension , i guess its my OCD .

So uniball kit arrived , its WRP part number WY -29-5080 , kit includes bearing , spacers ,orings and circlips . Just tried the shock bolt through the spacers and there is some gap !!! Do i have to change the shock bolt too ? Is it ok to have some gap ? I find it annoying when i lift the rear...

I found a kit with spacers and bearing from enduropuro , i already bought a bearing from ebay but i think my problem is the spacers . So i am waiting once again for parts to arrive . Sorry for the late reply , here is a link to the bearing kit...

Do any exploding diagrams exist for EC 250 2008-2009 ? I cant seem to find any .

So replacement bearing arrived and i removed the shock to find that the bearing was ok but the two spacers which the bolt goes through had too much clearance so i need these two spacers replaced . I removed them using a punch and a small hummer and because of the deformation by the punch the...

The RHS hose is facing up so it acts like a vent also because the power valve lever is that side there is a hole for it straight to the crankcase , if any spooge makes it there it will go down to the crankcase . The LHS has a small hole connecting the power valve with the chamber so the spooge...

I ordered the bearing it will come here around September , the bolt looked fine but i will check it again . Anybody had the bolt bend ? Sounds strange to me . I will post again when i fix the bike if the info is useful to anyone .

This looks like the sachs shock in my 2009 ec 250 so the bearings are the same right ?

Pivot works has the bottom bearing listed i think so i dont think they are the same .
