So what does that tell you about the forks action? I have the 2010 450 and have only ridden it once so the forks need more running in. I found them not to bad,a little bit firm in the mid stroke.

I have just bought the 2010 ec450 and find the forks are definately better than my 07 300 zokes stock. They are brand new so will take a bit to break in but i am not hating them,they are fairly firm in the mid stroke but soak up the bigger hits quite well. I am going to keep riding as is and go...

You would probably need a 5.6 at that weight,i have this spring in my 07 300 with .46 fork springs. I am about the same weight as you. By the way i am fairly sure a kyb spring will fit your sachs shock.
