Like I have said thanks for all of the help and support! A last couple of pics between rain showers and tried something, turned the pertol on and started it using my hand not using any choke. 4 dg C here!

When I rev the engine the lights flash. Any idea's?

All sorted folks! it was just a loose connection. Started first kick and is as crisp as a crisp thing! Not just an ornament a weapon! :D

No spark at all so stripped it back to get to the suspect wires. It was a loose connection, put it back together and it started first kick! :D It was spot on and really crisp. So thats the end of that project and yes it has been emotional;) Now my first race, I'm booked in to do this one...

Fuel is getting through, plug was wet and could smell it from exhaust! Tap is on I have a clear inline fuel filter. Anything in the air filter? What like next doors dog or something! :)

Heated up the air box with fan heater, worked a treat it was like jelly! Finally got the forks back and everything put back together! But it won't start!!!!:confused:

So very nearly there, Looking great but won't start!!!
