I had to replace the CDI on my 19 EC 300

This is a ride my club does for charity in Ohio. 25 miles of singletrak this year.

I just drill holes. If you have that big of a dick giving you shit about your license plate he's going to be more concerned with non DOT tires, horn, mirrors yada yada.

I mount mine horizontally and bend the edges over so it doesn't become a slicing instrument.

If your using the multi-function switch it's prone to failure and very expensive. I took mine off and used the simple start button off the XC.

Anyone have a rekluse lying around they want to sell? I have a 19 300 that I use for trail work. Been resisting, but for what we do on the bikes it just makes life much easier. Thanks

Just ordered a new pipe and silencer from OXA. Ordered the chrome finish pipe and gold silencer from Slavens. $400 with shipping on the Black Friday deal. That's a hellava price for pipe and silencer. Take about 3 weeks to get.

Check the wire from the coil to the plug cap. It screws into the coil. Unscrew it, cut a half of inch off and screw it back in.

ME25636021 This is what I use on my bike. Here in Ohio with all the leaves, mud and grass, less is better. It is 1/4 plate steel so should keep the chain from breaking anything.

This spare is from a 18. Won't work with my 19. I think it's the CLK-1

What's the part number? My 19 just went tits up, had a good one from my 18, different part number. Plugged it in, fired right up. Mapping must be different cause it just wouldn't run clean. Guess I'll have to bite the bullet and order a new one. $350:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
