If it struggles to start when cold it can be that your valves need adjusting. Is it timed correctly? Check that the timing chain is not stretched beyond spec?

Depends on your local situation. In Australia we need to have a registered/plated vehicle to ride it in public areas, even if it is 100% off-road, as the public bushland is still considered public roads. Part of this registration process also provides accident insurance, ambulance cover, etc...

Did you replace the actual aluminium metal radiator? Or did you just replace the black rubber hoses? The one in your video looks like it has some bent fins on the radiator already. Or are these from your fingers holding it whilst trying to install it? Was it brand new or second hand?

Just a thought - but does a crank nut off a YZ or a CR fit?

Could the exhaust springs have loosened off in their age and aren't strong enough to hold the pipe snug against the barrel anymore?

Just a guess, and since you said you didn't fall over - but it looks like your radiator may have failed due to the exhaust pipe touching it and vibrating during use. The constant vibrating from exhaust onto radiator may have worn through, or cracked a weld etc. The exhaust smoke looks ok, if...

Sounds like a cold seizure to me. Went full throttle for too long, too quickly before everything has warmed up to the correct tolerances together.

I'd also be checking head o-rings. Or do you mean it's leaking out of the hose which connects to the radiator? Then check to make sure it's tight and not loose, if still leaking then you may need to replace the hose as it make have a crack/split in it. White exhaust means you have water...

If you're bleeding put some plumbers teflon tape around the nipples otherwise it can drag in a little bit of air through the loose threads and never bleeds the air out cause it keeps getting more in!
