Thanks for all the input, Currently now on. 40 pj NEDW #3 172 mj 1.5 OUT on the AS Going to just try raising the needle to #4 so it feels rich then go #3 and #2 Just so I can feel the difference. Still new to jetting so just want to feel and hear the difference

Got the NEDW needle. Thinking of starting at 42 pj, needle position 3, and a 178 mj

Thanks Rick. Yeah it just gives the bike a bit of a face lift. Few little things to do to it, had a play with the suspension, need new springs for my weight. Onto jetting next, it's pretty much there. Got a bit of a bog if give it handful of throttle so will check what needle , jets etc

Hi Steve. I been having a good look through the jetting threads etc. Looks like the NEDW suzuki needle could be a good starting point. Also recommended by jakobi.

Looking for a starting point for jetting on a 2011 ec250 38mm AS2 carb. I'm unsure on current jetting specs. Typical UK weather 6?c to 14?c. 0- 1000ft Thanks in advance. Looking for needle recommendation. Tight wooded trails with the a few hillclimbs. Thanks

Does anyone know if you can upgrade the 2011 plastics with the later models?

Typical now temp are dropping again and looks like.it's going to be 2?c on Sunday.

Can't find my 178 MJ so will order one tonight. Will also get a 45 pj just incase as temp's are 10 on a good day but can drop a little
