figured it out....(sort of.....i know what i have to order anyway) I think the bearing spacer(or whatever you want to call it) and/or the outer(drive side) stepped aluminum spacer got damaged at some point. I'm thinking either I smashed the bearing spacer removing the bearings or it got worn...
