Mate mine is sorted now!! Check the needle jet, they are not replaceable in our carbs and when they wear they do what ours have been doing! I know you said you tried a different carb but is it's jet worn also?? A different needle can sort it. Hope this helps

My 06 is doing the same thing and it is driving me crazy. I am not a mechanicly minded person so it is getting very expensive!!. Things that have been done Carby Cleaned new float valve reeds checked power valve checked ignition and wiring new piston and rings new cranck shaft seals new fmf...

Don't know if I will be welcome here now I have a WR450F coming! God I hope I have made the right decision!

What are the symptoms it is showing? As mine may have the same problem. I feel like I am riding around with a blocked air filter and the choke on. Do you have to pull the engine down to get to it?
