    Ohlins TTX Mounting Instructions

Thanks Noobi, Seriously, I didn't mean to come across as lazy. I was too busy punching in everything Ohlins and not specific part #'s. I'm old at 51 and will use that as an excuse. Thanks. Now for some info on the shock, please.

Is it worth changing ASI to ASII

Are you sure its AS2, I wouldn't have thought they were around in 2001?

    Ohlins TTX Mounting Instructions

I think what I'm after is FGGG1082 (forks) and GG1082 (shock) mounting instructions to suit the 2010 Nambotin replica. Can anyone tell me where to find these model specific mounting instructions, all I got with the bike were Ohlins owners manuals which give no recommendations for clicker...

    Aftermarket Parts listing

Yep, they are good prices on the fmf pipes. That akrapovic silencer looks sweet, its price not so sweet.

    Aftermarket Parts listing

Here's another site , not sure if it's already been listed..... http://www.mecasystem.fr/eng/ I have a bash plate and pipe guard of theirs, good quality imo. Pipe guard doesn't run up the pipe as far as the p3, but it sits about 6-8mm off the pipe giving some resistance before the pipe is...

Jake, John Titman Racing down here in Brisbane is a good place to start for wheelsets. www.jtr.com.au He's now the Oz distributor for Haan products as well as Talon. He custom builds to suit your needs, Haan/Talon/Excel/SM pro/Bulldog spokes etc, etc.

    As1 vs as2

I don't think there is one, it's more about the compactness of the as2 to make it fit the confines of modern day 2 strokes. They do jet slightly differently, due to bowl configuration and other factors, but i don't think one is better than the other, simply a different design.

EC250/300 Racing 2013 with ?hlins fork

Wow, you europeans are spoilt. That front fork would entice many on colour alone. What's the stx 46 though, is it a shock somewhere between 888 and ttx44? GG offer many variables on their bikes around the world, i hope that doesn't hurt them in these tough economic times, i'd have thought...

    mixing oils

I too have mixed different weight fork oils many times but not different brands/makes, personally i'd stick with the same brand. Also that 5w amsoil oil you mentioned is fork oil? Not shock fluid/oil? I'm no know it all, but i think shock oil and fork oil would be different.

Slide Theory, Carb Models, and Jetting

You've thrown a curved ball at me there, i don't know enough about our fuels to answer with authority, i'll leave that for others. This is a great forum, lots to be learnt.

Slide Theory, Carb Models, and Jetting

Glenn, we are not forced to use ethanol based fuels in Oz yet! In most servos(gas stations) there is only one or two pumps out of 8 or 10 that actually dispense the stuff. 95 or 98 ron petrol(gasoline) is still affordable and readily available and thats what we run in our dirt bikes and i run...

Slide Theory, Carb Models, and Jetting

Holy shite, you've thrown me with "oxygenate". Ethanol based fuels are optional at the bowsers here in Australia. It's a fair assumption that no one uses it, mostly we'll choose 95 or 98 ron unleaded. Our std pump fuel is 91 ron unleaded. PS: Jake, you posted whilst i was typing. I think...

For those of you wondering about the differences between slides, why doesn't someone just ask keihin (japan) themselves, at least it will be from the horses mouth if they reply.
